INTRODUCTION
Level 2 – Becoming a Soccer Educator
Introduction:
What is the difference between a Coach and an Educator? Coaches in many cases go through drills and have the players executing them many times without a clear understanding of when to apply it. Educators will go thru each concept explaining when, why especially how to do, facilitating the decisions of the players on the field with or without pressure. Developing the player intelligence of the game.
BFUT Level 2: Educational curriculum: 80 hours of education including the theory and practical evaluation
The BFUT methodology brings together a combination of the defensive European organization combined with the offensive freedom to attack brought from the South American (Brazilian Philosophy) establishing the tactical team organization.
The BFUT methodology has been developed through the implementation of the concepts from youth to professional coaches from around the world since 1991.
The Level 2 Course is the second step of the BFUT Institute of Soccer – It can be offered in two ways:
1. Online
2- Online + Day Camp (Hosted at the student`s location)
Day Camp – Consists of 30 hours of practical application of the concepts plus 6 extra hours only to the educators (Theory) , and 44 hours of a introductory program (online).
When registering for the Level 2 Course the student will receive:
- The official Level 2 manual and the Software: Futebol Made in Brazil (In 3 languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese)
- The complete description of the tactical concepts to be implemented when preparing your teams.
The coordinator of the camp will have a full scholarship
The BFUT Level 2 License is recommended to:
- Youth coaching level
- High school coaches
- College and club coaches
- Parents interested in supporting their child`s soccer development
- Any coach interested in understanding the concepts of the Brazilian soccer
Objectives
Introduce the Educational methodology of Brazilian Philosophy minimize costs for the Educators attending the course in online.
Learn at the comfort of your home or wherever you wish be able to read and develop the tactical concepts with the Tactical software the video for the best understanding introduction to the different ages the tactical concepts: Tactical systems, tactical schemes, tactical strategies.
And so much more.
Students will request the final exam (25 questions), after they finish the study period. If approved they will receive the BFUT Level 2 diploma, and the invitational letter to take the level 1 course.

THE LEVEL 2 COURSES WILL COVER THE 9 EDUCATIONAL AREAS OF THE BFUT CURRICULUM:
History: Theory – 4 credits
- History of the game I: The tactical evolution of the game from
Sports Management – 18 Hours of credits
- Sports management II – Season planning 3 months – (12 weeks cycle) – 3 credits
- Sports management III – Game analysis phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 – 3 credits
Sports Physiology / Physical Capacity – 6 credits
- Sports physiology I and II (review from Level 3):
- Body coordination – Elasticity – Agility and fast reaction
- Sports physiology III: Cardio – Vascular system:
- Endurance – Aerobic resistance – Resistance of speed – Speed – 3 credits
Sports Medicine – 4 credits
- Sports Medicine II – Post injury recuperation procedures – 2 credits
Sports Psychology – 4 credits
- Sports psychology II – Players personality –1 credit
- Sports psychology III – Team building – 2 credits
- Sports psychology IV – Choosing your captain – 1 credit
Sports Sociology – 4 credits
- Sports sociology II – Importance of cultural education (school) – Mental development – 2 credit
Sports Nutrition – 4 credits
- Pre – post game nutrition – 2 credit
Technical Abilities – 12 credits – Phase I, II, III

(Basic system used in the course is 4-4-2 in diamond)

- Tactical concept XIII – 8×8 – Tactical system with tactical combinations – inside/outside penetration with vertical triangulation – 1 credit
- Tactical concepts XIV – 8×8 – Tactical system – Building from the back – Midfield sector – 1 credit
- Tactical concepts XV – 11×11 – Tactical system – Building from the back – Midfield sector – 1 credit
- Tactical concepts XVI – Compactness – Offensive speeds : Speed of the ball, speed of triangulation and speed of counter attack 0.5 credit
- Tactical concepts XVII – 11×11 – Building from the back – offensive sector
- 1 credit – Keeper is added in the number describing the participants
- Tactical concepts XVIII – System 4-4-2 in diamond – 11 x 11 – Building from the back – Outside fullbacks crossing and its variations – 1 credit
- Tactical concepts XIX – System 4-4-2 in diamond – 11×11 – Building from the back – Outside midfields crossing the ball and its variations – 1 credit
- Tactical concepts XX – System 4-4-2 in diamond – 11 x11 – Building from the back – Attacking, crossing the ball and its variations – 1 credit
- Tactical concepts XXI – Understanding the three dimensions of the forwards – Decisions inside the box – 1 credit
Note 1: A 25 questions evaluation will be required when taking the course online or doing the Day Camp
After completion of the program, the coaches will receive the official diploma and the invitational letter for the next educational Level 2

- BFUT Level 3 License (online) / BRUSA (Previously called D/ level 4)
- NSCAA National Coach License

BFUT offers 2 ways to take the Level 2 course.
Option 1 – On line – $450.00
Option 2 – Club Day Camp
– Offering a Club Day camp at your location.
Two coach coordinators will receive a complimentary Level 2 license.
Provide 30 students x $220.00 (minimum)
Extra educators (coaches) can take the Level 2 License.
Cost is US$250.00 per educator (Receive the level 2 manual and the educational software)
